1. Use and retention of personal data

The information collected on this website is recorded in a database. It is stored for a period of 10 years and is used exclusively for the operational needs of our organisation, including but not limited to:

  • competition registrations,
  • tee time and competition results management,
  • email notifications and communications.

This database is accessible only to the management and authorised staff members.

  • by registered letter addressed to the Management, with acknowledgement of receipt,
  • in person at our registered office, upon presentation of a valid ID (you may be accompanied by a person of your choice and request a copy of your data),
  •  by email sent to our general contact address.

2. Consent and processing of personal data

Your personal data will never be shared with third parties.

By submitting your information, you explicitly authorise the storage and processing of your personal data for the purpose of receiving information related to:

  • news and updates from our organisation,
  • newsletters and informational emails,
  • personalised communications about our services and events from our communications team.

3.1 Right of access to personal data

You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us:

  • by registered letter addressed to the Management, with acknowledgement of receipt,
  • in person at our registered office, upon presentation of a valid ID (you may be accompanied and request a copy of your data),
  • by email sent to our general contact address.

The data controller will respond within a maximum period of two (2) months from the date the request is received, whether submitted by post, in person or by email.
